Lila Elizabeth “Beth” Chisman, born in Hampton Feb. 8, 1949, died Aug. 2, 2012, after a brief illness in Purcellville, VA. She was the most amazing, loving, generous, vibrant and spirited mother, sister, grandmother, daughter, friend and nurse.

Beth was truly an angel, whose sense of adventure, energy and joy for living were beautifully contagious. She is at peace and happily reunited with her father and brother-in-law.
