Mrs. Helene Theresia Bridges, 86, of Leesburg, VA passed away Friday, Nov. 23, 2012, at Capital Caring Hospice, in Arlington, surrounded by loved ones.

Helene was born March 15, 1926, in Vienna, Austria. She was a daughter of the late Viktor Kasperger and the late Anna Gruen Kasperger.

Helene worked as a technician for Hazelton Laboratory until retiring in 1988.

She was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Quincy Thomas Bridges, in 2008.

Helene leaves to cherish her memory her four children: Charlotte Duvall, of Haymarket, VA, Erika Martin, of Buford, GA, Quincy Victor Bridges (and wife Diana), of Purcellville, VA, and Melissa Cross (and husband Joe), of Hamilton, VA. She also is survived by 12 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Services were held in November.
