Police have charged 25-year-old Justin Tirell Anderson, of Ashburn, with attempted second degree murder and use of a handgun in the commission of a felony after an incident Tuesday in Gaithersburg, MD, according to the city's police department.
Police responded to a trauma facility Tuesday evening after someone reported a adult male had arrived with multiple gunshot wounds, Gaithersburg police officer Dan Lane told Gaithersburg Patch.
The victim was last reported in critical but stable condition at a hospital in Gaithersburg. Anderson is currently being held at the Montgomery County Detention Center.
