Christmas Eve Services Across Ashburn
Here's a breakdown of the religious services planned for the day before Christmas
Christmas Eve is just hours away, and for the many Christian houses of worship in Ashburn that means it's time to open their doors to congregants and guests alike. Here's a peak at some of the many services planned for Christmas Eve:
- Crossroads United Methodist Church will offer Christmas Eve services for families at 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. and candlelight gatherings at 7 p.m., 9 p.m. and 11 p.m at its church in the Ashburn Farm community. For more information, visit the church's Web site at http://www.ecrossroadsumc.org .
- St. Theresa Catholic Church near Broadlands will offer Christmas Eve services at 4 p.m., 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. The church will also host services at midnight, 8 a.m., 10 a.m. and noon on Christmas Day. More information is available on the church's Web site at http://www.sttheresa-ashburn.com.
- Christian Fellowship Church will host a candlelight service with communion at 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. at its location on Beaumeade Circle. For more information, visit http://www.cfellowshipc.com.
- St Gabriel's Episcopal Church will be worshipping at Belmont Ridge Middle School at 4:30 with a prelude of choral music followed at 5 p.m. by a communion service culminating in candle light. For more details, visit http://www.saintgabriels.net.
- Brambleton Presbyterian Church's Christmas Eve services will feature its third annual children's nativity pageant at 4:30 p.m. at Legacy Elementary School on Minerva Drive in Brambleton. Visit http://www.brambletonchurch.org for more.

- Mt. Hope Baptist Church will celebrate Christmas Eve during a service at 6 p.m.
