Falcon Goalie Legg Signs with SNHU

The Briar Woods senior tallied six shutouts in 2012.

Briar Woods senior and goalkeeper Kent Legg recently committed to play soccer for Southern New Hampshire University, according to Loudoun County Public Schools.

The college team finished fifth in the nation in Division 2 in 2012 with a 19-4 record.

Last spring, Legg recorded a .62 goals-against percentage, with six shutouts. He suffered a broken tibia while making a save against Heritage in the second to last game of the 2012 regular season, preventing him from achieving a seventh shutout.
