Group Ponders Delgaudio Recall; Town Hall Set
Residents are invited to join Sterling Deserves Better for a discussion about the investigation of the supervisor.
A newly formed group motivated by the goal of ousting Sterling Supervisor Eugene Delgaudio (R-Sterling) has formed and has scheduled a town hall meeting at 3 p.m. Feb. 16 at the Sterling Library.
“It is imperative that the people of Sterling take every measure available by law to prevent Eugene Delgaudio from continuing to expose the county to additional legal liability, to misuse county resources, and to deny the people of Sterling the representation that they deserve,” a press release from Sterling Deserves Better reads. “This town hall will explain and begin the petition to recall the Sterling supervisor who does not represent the priorities of Sterling residents.”
The Washington Post reported this week that a special prosecutor investigating allegations that Delgaudio used his county office to raise campaign funds has begun assembling a grand jury to consider and indictment or indictments against the supervisor.
Delgaudio has maintained that he did nothing wrong, asserting that the only fundraising conducted by his county office benefited a local youth sports league.

It's about damn time. This guy is a psychotic. I've been on his email list for years. Every message basically says "I NEED MORE MONEY TO STOP GAYNESS IN AMERICA FOREVER AND IF I DON'T GET IT THEN AMERICA'S DESTRUCTION IS YOUR FAULT!!"
