FAMILY BEST BETS OF THE WEEK

PUBLIC SKATE
Where/When: Ashburn Ice House on Friday, March 25, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. or 8 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Why Go: The temperature is dropping again. Why not take head inside for ice skating? 
Pricing: Children 13 and younger are $6; Adults $7; Seniors $5.

KITE FUN DAY AT THE FARM
Where/When: Frying Pan Park in Herndon on Saturday, March 26, from 10:30 a.m. to noon
Why Go: Take your kids aged 10 and younger to make, decorate and watch a kite soar. Pre-register online.
Pricing: Free

KATHA: TALES FROM INDIA PRESENTED BY THE SPILLING INK PROJECT
Where/When: Ashburn Public Library on Saturday, March 26, at 3 p.m.
Why Go: Experience Indian folklore and mythology told through South Indian Classical dance and storytelling.
Pricing: Free

AFRICAN FOLKTALES WITH BRIGHT STAR TOURING THEATRE
Where/When: Ashburn Public Library on Sunday, March 27, at 2 p.m.
Why Go: Celebrate the art of African storytelling while this show brings colorful costumes, clever animals and the African landscape to life. Entertaining for all ages.
Pricing: Free

PAJAMA PARTY BOUNCE
Where/When: Sport Bounce of Loudoun in Ashburn on Tuesday, March 29, from noon to 1:30 p.m.
Why Go: Kids aged 18 months to 6 years old are invited to bounce around in their pajamas for this silly party. Don’t forget socks!
Pricing: $5 for children wearing pjs. Adults are free.
