Loudoun Sheriff’s Office IDs Round Hill Shooting Victim
Detectives continue to investigate the incident, but assure residents they are not in danger.
The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office identified the victim of a fatal shooting Feb. 28 in Round Hill as town resident Judith Y. Christen, 67.
LCSO detectives are investigating the “manner of the victim’s death,” which occurred on the 34900 block of Sunny Ridge Road. The LCSO has stated that there’s no threat to the community.
Deputies responded late Thursday morning to the scene after receiving reports of an adult female gunshot victim. All parties involved in the incident remained at the scene.
