Charges Made After Paintballs Strike Cruiser
Ashburn residents were charged in early morning incident July 19.
Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office deputies located three suspects in the area of Ashburn and Hay roads around 2:20 a.m. July 19 after paintballs struck a marked patrol vehicle.
Deputies charged Shaun A. Randall, 19, with conspiracy to maliciously shoot at an occupied marked law enforcement vehicle as well as underage possession of alcohol, according to a report from the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies also charged Nicole M. Quigg, 18, and Christopher R. Pullen, 19, with drunk in public. All three suspects are Ashburn residents and remained in custody Thursday afternoon, according to the report.

Young, drunk and shooting paintball? Um, how is this the officer's fault? Them doing this just makes paintball and the players all look like thugs and delinquents.
