Readers' Choice: Best Golf Course

Cheapest fees? Best greens? Nicest fairways? What's important to you and where do you go to find it in Loudoun?

Update: You nominated the best golf course in Loudoun County, and now the voting round of Patch's Readers' Choice 2012 begins.

Cast a vote to help crown a winner. Voting continues through 11:59 p.m. Aug. 17. Only one vote per user — tell your friends and family to log on to pick their favorite, too!

Original: When heading out for a round of 18 holes, what’s your favorite golf course in Loudoun? Whether you prefer a cheap round or quality fairways and greens, give us your picks in the county.

While there are courses in Ashburn and Leesburg, we’re looking for the best in Loudoun as the Readers’ Choice.

We’ll keep accepting nominations through July 9. After that, nominations will be closed and we’ll start the voting, so make sure to get in your favorites now.

All you need to do to nominate a business is to add it in the comments below. If you already see the business you want to nominate, make sure to add your comment about why it should be included, because we may not be able to add all businesses to our poll and we want to make sure the top ones make it into the poll.

Check out the other Readers’ Choice categories in Ashburn Patch and Leesburg Patch, too.

Thanks in advance for your participation.

And don’t forget to sign up for the Ashburn Patch Newsletter or the Leesburg Patch Newsletter to find out when voting starts so you can support your favorite business and see who wins.

For the money, Brambleton is a good public course for average players. 1757 is a real nice course to except for the higher handicap folks it is too punitive for bad shots.

This is really a ridiculous poll since you just can't stroll out to Trump or Creighton Farms and play a round of golf.
