The Fresh Market to Open at One Loudoun

The newest grocer to enter the Ashburn market will join the Alamo in mixed-use development.

The latest grocer to enter the Loudoun, and more specifically that Ashburn, market is expected to open at One Loudoun this fall. The Fresh Market has signed on to open a 23,000 square-foot grocery store in the same development where the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema is expected to open this year.

The Fresh Market joins Harris Teeter, Giant, Safeway, Lotte and the Global Food Market in Ashburn. In addition, there are two Wegmans stores just beyond Ashburn’s boarders.

“We’re thrilled to welcome The Fresh Market to One Loudoun,” Bill May, vice president of Miller and Smith said in a press release. “The addition of a high-quality grocer is another example of the unique and exciting benefits coming to One Loudoun residents and those who live close by and work in the area.”
