DESCRIPTION:For the fourth time\, a select group of wine and music enthus
 iasts can  participate in a live experiment based on experiential sensor
 y pairings.  The event has been designed to ensure an unbiased forum for
  the  consideration of the complex ways in which music can influence the
   perception of wines. The group will be presented three wines for a bli
 nd  tasting. Each wine will be accompanied by ten 30-second clips of mus
 ic  from widely varying genres with a 5-second silent pause between clip
 s.  Tasters will be given evaluation materials to rate each audio clip w
 ith  the wine being tasted. The evaluation materials will be collected a
 t the  end of the evening and loaded into a research database for graphi
 cal  presentation and discussion with the winemaker. There will be a spe
 cial  presentation by Don DuRousseau\, a researcher with over 20 years o
 f brain  research experience and co-author of "Your Playlist Can Change 
 Your  Life." In addition\, local singer/songwriter Chrys Matthews will p
 erform  live. Heavy hors d'oeuvres\, gourmet cheeses\, fresh breads\, an
