DESCRIPTION:La Voz of Loudoun&nbsp\;is hosting their&nbsp\;English as a S
 econd Language (E.S.L.) Program in partnership with Loudoun CSB and Loud
 oun County Public Libraries. The classes will be held at the Sterling Pu
 blic Library and led by&nbsp\;an all-volunteer staff. The classes are fr
 ee with only a $20 book fee that will be refunded once you complete the 
 full session. Depending on your fluency&nbsp\;level classes will range f
 rom introduction to reading\, writing\, speaking&nbsp\;to advanced compr
 ehension and&nbsp\;speech emergence. &nbsp\;\nLa Voz of&nbsp\;Loudoun pr
 omotes education and programs that strengthen community. La Voz offers E
 nglish and Family Integration\, with a&nbsp\;focus on language skills an
 d gang/substance abuse prevention\, to low-income\, Limited English Prof
 icient (LEP) residents. The ESL curriculum fosters self-sufficiency thro
 ugh Computer ESL instruction and employment search.
