 chen on an 1840s farm just outside Leesburg. The two-hour  class include
 s demonstration from a demo-mirrored island with an  8-burner Wolf cook 
 top\, hands-on participation for those who are  interested\, and a four-
 course meal. Classes are limited to 12-14 people  so early reservations 
 are recommended. Fee for all classes includes a  four or five course men
 u and complimentary beverages of water\, tea\,  coffee\, and/or one glas
 s of wine (you may also bring your own wine).  There is no tax or servic
 e fee.
