 nExperience the art of cooking with Olwen Woodier\, renowned cookbook  a
 uthor and food writer\, who offers cooking classes in her large  moderni
 zed kitchen on an 1840s farm just outside Leesburg. The two-hour  class 
 includes demonstration from a demo-mirrored island with an  8-burner Wol
 f cook top\, hands-on participation for those who are  interested\, and 
 a four-course meal. Classes are limited to 12-14 people  so early reserv
 ations are recommended. Fee for all classes includes a  four or five cou
 rse menu and complimentary beverages of water\, tea\,  coffee\, and/or o
 ne glass of wine (you may also bring your own wine).  There is no tax or
  service fee.
