DESCRIPTION:Beth Chaverim offers an evolving and expanding Adult Educatio
 n program.&nbsp\; Introduction to Judaism is being offered this fall\, b
 eginning on Sunday\, September 9th.&nbsp\;\nThis 17-week class will be h
 eld Sundays from 9am until noon and will cover such basics as Jewish lif
 e cycle events\, holy days\, theology\, conversion\, history\, and the d
 ecoding of Hebrew.&nbsp\; This interactive course will involve pre-readi
 ngs\, classes\, journaling\, discussion\, and events such as Shabbat din
 ner.&nbsp\; Though it is not just a conversion course\, Introduction to 
 Judaism is a pre-requisite of the choosing Judaism process.&nbsp\;\nThe 
 cost for the course is $50 for non-members\, and all attendees pay for b
