The Sterling Lions Club Serves the Eastern area of Loudoun County.  Sterling, Potomac Falls, Dulles and Ashburn Zip codes.  We are an All-Volunteer Service Organization Chartered by the International Association of Lions Clubs on May 13, 1964.  Membership is open to all Adult Men and Women, age 18 up.  Lions internationally are known for providing Eye Care, Hearing Care, Disaster Relief and Youth Outreach, but are not limited to just these areas of interest.  Our motto is "We Serve...", and each club decides how we are going to serve our community.  100% of the funds raised, go back to the community. 

The Sterling Lions Club is the Membership entity that provides the volunteers for our Non-Profit Charity, the Lions Club of Sterling Charities, Inc., a Section 501(c)(3) tax deductible charitable organization. We generally meet on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month, with a Social at 7:00 PM and Dinner at 7:30 PM.  We meet at Luciano - Italian Restaurant and Pizzeria.  Our meetings usually include a program of interest to our mission.  Visitors and Potential Volunteer Members are welcome to attend.  Please call (703) 723-0077 or e-mail us at SterlingLions@Verizon.net  to RSVP your attendance. 

The Sterling Lions Sponsor three Leo Clubs, School Based Youth Service Clubs for children from the ages of 12 to 18.  These three Leo Clubs are the Farmwell Station Middle School Leo Club, River Bend Middle School Leo Club and the Potomac Fall High School Leo Club.  Your Children who are students at those schools are welcome to join these Leo Clubs and help serve their community as an active Partner in Service to the Sterling Lions Club.  If there is not a Leo Club at your child’s Middle School or High School, you can help organize one.  We would welcome your support in this endeavor.

To help support our mission, Tax Deductible Donations may be made payable to the Lions Club of Sterling Charities, Inc., and mailed to PO Box 45, Sterling, VA  20167-0045.  You can also support us by designating # 8082 on your annual United Way Campaign Pledge Form or #86446 on your annual Combined Federal Campaign Pledge form.
