The Studio is a pilates studio located inside the Goose Creek shopping plaza offering dance, TRX and pilates training. Private and group instruction is available for the pilates training program. Dance classes offered here are ballroom, salsa, cheer camps and performance team programs. The Studio also features a year round childcare program that involves active movement and play into the daily activities. It is offered during weekdays and children can attend 1 to 5 days per week.
