Northern Virginia Real Estate Agent Earns Notable Military Relocation Certification
RE/MAX Select Properties, Inc. a Northern Virginia Real Estate Company, agent Tobin Seven to Serve Loudoun County Military Personnel and Veterans.
ASHBURN, VA. January 14, 2014 – Professional Realtor® Tobin Seven of RE/MAX Select Properties, Inc., Northern Virginia Real Estate Company, has earned the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Certification by the National Associations of Realtors® (NAR). Seven, also a U.S. Army Reserve Veteran, is the first real estate agent within his office to complete the certification.
The nationally recognized MRP Certification provides military personnel and veterans with specialized real estate agents who fully understand military benefits, culture and timetables. Seven served as major in the U.S. Army Reserve, Civil Affairs Branch for nearly 10 years and first-handedly identifies with military families’ same concerns.

“It’s essential that we give back to those who honor, protect and serve our country, and I now have the opportunity to do so through my real estate career,” Seven said. “Relocating is typically stressful and fast-paced and I’m well aware of that feeling; however, it’s my duty to ensure that my clients have peace of mind from start to closing.”
According to NAR, the MRP Certification was created to assist with current and former military service members to find housing solutions that best suit their needs by providing abundant resources and necessary tools. To achieve the MRP Certification, Realtors® must show a full understanding of military history and culture, as well as complete an MRP certification core course.
