Early Bird Registration for Step Up Loudoun Dec. 14

Students are encouraged to come up with creative action plans for issues important to them.

Got a great idea for taking on a challenging issue that you’d like to share with others? Register for Step Up Loudoun and put your ideas to the test. Middle and high school students – public, private and homeschooled – are invited to participate in the competition and develop an action plan for their issue. Students may enter as individuals or teams. Community groups and clubs are eligible.

During a March 7 event, participants will demonstrate their action plans developed for their issue.

Topics covered at past Step Up competitions include bullying (cyber-bullying), self-esteem, academic stress, health and nutrition, and substance abuse.
