Green Halloween Costume Swap

The Broadlands Wildlife Habitat Committee and Cadette Girl Scout Troop 6823 are joining forces to organize Broadland's First Annual Green Halloween Costume Swap on Sunday, October 16 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Broadlands Nature Center at 21907 Claiborne Parkway in Ashburn.

To participate, put a clean, gently-used child's costume (or more!) in the marked bins at the Nature Center and get a swap ticket from an HOA employee. Bring your swap ticket back on event day to select a "like-new" costume for your child. Don't have a ticket? Costumes may be purchased for $5 each. Proceeds from this event will go towards the planting of native trees in Loudoun County common areas.

Please note that costumes are donations; Leftover costumes will be donated to charity, or saved for next year's swap.
