Leesburg's Fourth of July Parade

King Street transformed into a sea of red, white and blue.

The Leesburg Independence day parade was complete with a large crowd dressed in red, white and blue, free cotton candy, and children waving flags and riding bikes. Bands marched, dogs wore star spangled banners, and the parade participants flung candy into the eager hands of the young spectators. The parade participants included the local police and fire departments, the Boy Scouts, The Red Cross, dog rescue groups, politicians and many other local organizations.
