Charles Harper: Poetry Reading

Charles Harper’s poetry appears frequently both on-line and in widely recognized print journals such as Mobius (New York), the Aurorean (Maine), The Lyric (Vermont), The Deronda Review (Wisconsin), Pegasus (Nevada) and The Penwood Review (California), among others.  He is the leader of poetry appreciation workshops at his local library in Plymouth, Massachusetts as well as the author of two books, Sorting Things Out (2008) and Making A Life (2010).

Since the publication of his first book he has given highly acclaimed poetry readings at libraries, schools, churches, book groups, community clubs and a variety of poetry venues.  His readings are designed to be occasions in which a three-way conversation takes place among the audience, the poems and the poet.
