The Westmoreland Davis Memorial Foundation, Inc. is recreating Governor Davis's ice cream social! Enjoy music, ice cream from Moo Thru, contests, food, and a day-in-the-country atmosphere! Activities will center around horses, farming, and the healthful benefits of country life.
