LCPS to Offer Program on Back-To-School Anxiety Tonight

A program to help parents help their children manage back-to-school anxiety takes place Wednesday. 

The event is from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. today, August 14, at the Loudoun County Public School’s Administration Building, 21000 Education Court, Ashburn 20148.

The free program is called “The First Day is Near: Strategies for Parents to Help Their Students Manage Back to School Anxiety.”

LCPS’ supervisor of Diagnostic and Prevention Services Heather Applegate, a child clinical and school psychologist, will be presenting. She will offer information, strategies, and resources for students across grad levels, an announcement from LCPS reads.
