Sheriff's Calls Meeting about Youth Substance Abuse

The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office invites county residents to attend a community meeting about substance abuse among youth. The meeting — set for 7 p.m. Feb. 2 at Mercer Middle School, 42149 Greenstone Drive, in Aldie — is intended to discuss the risks of youth substance abuse, and educate residents about the impact this behavior has on the community.

Sheriff Mike Chapman will attend.

“This public forum is an opportunity for parents, teachers, county officials, our youth and other members of the community to openly discuss the dangers of substance abuse,” Chapman said in a press release.
