Ashburn Luxury Retirement Community Breaks Ground This Summer
"Waltonwood Ashburn" will provide luxury retirement spaces for 214 residents and bring an estimated 125 new jobs to the area.
Singh Development LLC has announced plans to construct its newest luxury continuing-care rental retirement community in Ashburn.
"Waltonwood Ashburn" will consist of 214 units, including 115 independent living apartments as well as 72 assisted living apartments and 27 memory care units. Waltonwood Ashburn is expected to employ more than 125 associates.
Amenities and services include restaurant-style dining, a café, a billiards and game room, a theater with 'home style' seating, a green house, a state-of-the-art fitness area and a swimming/therapy pool.
Construction begins this summer at the southeast corner of Ashburn Village Boulevard and Russell Branch Parkway.
The project will mark Singh's 11th Waltonwood senior living community. Waltonwood Ashburn is the company's first Virginia location; Singh currently operates three retirement communities in North Carolina and seven in Michigan.
