Custom Fitness Concepts Launches Indoor Boot Camp Near Ashburn

(CFC), one of the largest providers of outdoor fitness boot camp programs in the country, recently opened an indoor boot camp studio in Sterling. The new location adds to CFC’s presence in the region, which includes 25 outdoor and corporate boot camp sites in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC.

The new 4,500-square-foot studio will allow CFC to offer boot camp classes all day long.

Near several prominent Northern Virginia (NOVA) fixtures like AOL, Belfort Furniture, Wegmans, and The Buffalo Wing Factory, CFC handpicked this site—just off Route 28 and Church Street—to be convenient for the Sterling, Dulles, Ashburn and Herndon areas.

There are no treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary bikes, weight racks or massively muscular guys grunting loudly. Each patron’s workout is designed and supervised by a detailed-oriented trainer who can help with body fat reduction, increased cardiovascular stamina, and building and toning muscle. 

Workouts include exercises include such as jumping rope, push-ups and body weight squats. The only fitness devices you will find are resistance bands, Bosu balls, medicine balls and body bars.  There are future plans to add additional tools—like TRX and heavy bags—as well.
