Dulles Town Center Growing With New Office/Retail Space
Nokes Plaza latest project at The Corporate Office Park.
A new office, medical and retail project has been announced for the Corporate Office Park at Dulles Town Center.
The four new buildings, named Nokes Plaza, will have 56,000 square feet, according to a release from Lerner, the project developer.
Construction is expected to begin this summer for opening in late 2015.

“Nokes Plaza, when complete, will add much needed medical, office and service oriented retail options for the thousands of residents and office workers within Dulles Town Center,” said Mark Lerner in a statement.
The project will include open space for pedestrian trails and outdoor plaza areas, according to the release.See the complete Lerner release.
