From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, May 21 and Sunday, May 22, 2011 enjoy this SELF-GUIDED TOUR down country roads to participating Loudoun County farms. Buy spring seedlings and plants for your home; say hello to farm animals and greet spring babies; tour a winery; learn how food gets from the farm to your table; and much more. There are new farms on the tour this year! Bring the whole family for a day or two of fun, education, and agritainment!

The Loudoun Spring Farm Tour attracts thousands of visitors from across the country to the beautiful Loudoun Valleys, with views of the Blue Ridge, Short Hill and Sugarloaf Mountains; all just minutes west of Washington Dulles International Airport. The Farm Tour weekend serves as an introduction to Loudouns growing season, and many of the farms on the Tour have products available throughout the spring and summer. Brochures for the Spring Farm Tour, including a map and directions to all participating farms, are available at Loudoun County libraries and community centers, Visit Loudoun in Leesburg, and area businesses. Request to have a brochure mailed to you
