Terry McAuliffe, the Democratic nominee for governor in Virginia, paid a visit to one of Ashburn’s many data centers Friday to learn more about the industry and what Virginia must do to remain home to Data Center Alley. McAuliffe faces Ken Cuccinelli this fall in the governor's race.
