A little less than a year ago pole dancing instructor Melissa Rose, rolled, danced and slid her way into the Manassas fitness world with the opening of Aradia Fitness.

Now, she's preparing to open her second Aradia Fitness in Ashburn.

“I am thrilled to open a second studio,” Rose said. “Aradia has a fantastic program that focuses on building strength and making pole dance fitness accessible to the every day woman. I’ve been teaching pole dance fitness for over six years and I’ve seen the positive impact pole dancing has on women’s lives.”

The new studio will open this month just off Ashburn Road in the Old Ashburn area at 20604 Gordon Park Square, Suite 150.

A free open house has been planned from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 25.

The Aradia Fitness franchise started in Canada 10 years ago and has open 12 U.S. locations, including the one in Manassas in March.
