Top Golf Likey Has Support of Loudoun Supervisors

Area had been zoned for business offices, but supporters say any commercial is better than residential.

It's not a hole-in-one, but Top Golf developers look poised to open a new Loudoun County site. Top Golf combines large driving ranges with an entertainment venue with a bar and restaurant.

A 102-bay, three-story driving range is planned for the Commonwealth Center development, located south of Route 7, north of Russell Branch Parkway and east of Loudoun County Parkway, according to a report in the Washington Business Journal.

Loudoun Supervisors appear ready to approve. The project was panned by Loudoun planners because the location was zoned for business offices, according to the WBJ.
