Northern Virginia Real Estate Company Launches Collaborative Vendor Program

RE/MAX Select Properties, Inc., a Northern Virginia Real Estate Company recently launched a collaborative vendor program to allow local business owners to better connect with RE/MAX Select Properties, Inc. Associates by sharing knowledge and exchanging ideas.



ASHBURN, VA, Oct 1, 2013 – RE/MAX Select Properties, Inc., a  Northern Virginia Real Estate Company, launched its first collaborative vendor program last month. The program was created as an innovative approach within the real estate network to cultivate relationships in support of the local community and share knowledge about business best practices.


Currently, six vendors have been welcomed to the program, and are eager at the new opportunities the collaboration brings.  The participants include Looney’s Tile & Grout Restoration, Town & Country Movers, 123 Junk, Larry Miller Window Cleaning Services, Donofrio & Associates Property Inspections, and Carpet Keepers.

Alonzo Nunley, Jr., President of Carpet Keepers said, “Re/Max Select Properties new vendor program is a win/win for both agents and the vendors who support them.” He went on to say, “Allowing trusted vendors to attend sales meetings on a consistent basis helps build and sustain relationships, while also gaining a better understanding of the specific needs of the agents.  This type of partnership leads to a positive client experience for those we serve.”


The vendors meet with RE/MAX Select Properties Associates at their bi-monthly business meetings, held at the Belmont Country Club, to receive feedback about their products and work together on new business ideas and opportunities. A few highlights include:
