WP: Loudoun County Program Focuses on Reducing Youth Injuries
The Washington Post today reports that BlackBench Fit, of Ashburn, owned by Trish Drennan and Lisa Allen, has expanded their youth programs to help reduce injuries and teach kids better strengthening and conditioning techniques.
