Aug. 18 Fundraiser at Caliente for Families Impacted by Spice Bush Fire
Brambleton pulls together, pools resources for neighbors after blaze displaces them from their homes.
With the goal of helping out neighbors in need, the in Brambleton has planned an Aug. 18 fundraiser for families affected by the , also in Brambleton. Twenty-five percent of food and 50 percent of beverage revenue will be donated to the families. In addition, a silent auction has been planned.
Items include:
- 2 autographed football's donated by Santana Moss, Washington Redskins
- A family portrait session by local photographer Marie Still, www.mariestillphotography.com.
- 3 private Pilates sessions with coach Olena at
- 3 voice or piano lessons with Brambletonian Amanda Forys
If you wish to participate in the silent auction but are unable to make the event, email your bid along with your name and phone number to Kelly at kmcb15@gmail.com. Facebook pages were created about the event and about the fire.
