Dominion Cable Failure Impacts 3,000

The power was restored for all Ashburn residents shortly after midnight July 25.

About 3,000 customers of Virginia Dominion Power experienced a power outage Tuesday night after a cable failed, according to a company spokeswoman.

Le-Ha Anderson said outage occurred around 9:30 p.m. and all customers had their power restored by 12:07 a.m.

Anyone continuing to experience problems should contact Dominion at 1-866-DOM-HELP (1-866-366-4357).
