A new segment of Creighton Road opened in Brambleton Wednesday morning and Supervisor Janet Clarke (R-Blue Ridge) was on hand for a ceremonial ribbon cutting.
While not exactly a boon to commuters, the road will improve access to Stone Hill Middle School as well as mobility around Brambleton and Loudoun Valley Estates.
The opening comes just days before the the first day of school for Loudoun County Public Schools.
