Tornado Watch Back On Until 3PM Thursday
A regional tornado watch this afternoon, evening includes Loudoun County.
The National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch for most of the Washington Metropolitan area, including Leesburg and Ashburn. The watch continues until 3 p.m. Thursday morning.
A watch means conditions are favorable for a tornado.
