Have fun with Clubbells, led by Chris Chamberlin. These tools date back to the early 1900s and have been used to promote deep shoulder strength and stability as well as activating your core like no other exercise. Just like Kettlebells, Yoga, and many other exercises clubbells require some instruction and practice, but they are fun and easy to learn. Adding clubbells to your program will breakthrough plateaus and give your program a jolt!

Class Location Change for Ashburn
July 12th-13th
This weekend only all BW-PT classes,
starting after 9am, will be held
upstairs at ReStore Physical Therapy & Wellness. A training workshop
is being held in the studio so the fabulous people at ReStore have
offered us their space. ReStore is a beautiful location, and we look
forward to seeing you there on Saturday and Sunday. The entrance for
ReStore is on the opposite side of the building, from the BW-PT studio,
above Antonios New York Pizzeria.
Clubbells is one of five specialty classes currently being held at BW-PT in Ashburn. Buy a six class pass, which can be used for any of the five classes for $108. We also offer drop-in rates for trials and friends.
Other specialty classes at BW-PT in Ashburn include: Primal Move Flow, Yoga, Clubbells, and Intro to Kettlebells.
