Fall Harvest Jazz Dinner at The V

Please join us for our first Jazz Dinner on Friday, October 4th.

Rob Maletick and his band will provide the entertainment for this fall harvest dinner. 
Ticket price: $50 per person.

Fall Harvest Dinner Menu: 

Appetizer: 
Peach Chutney with Toasted Baguette + Local Goat Cheese

Soup or Salad:
-Braised Honey Gold Pear Soup
-Compote of Seasonal Tomatoes & Arugula Salad with Roasted Apple Vinaigrette

Entrée:
-Pork Belly with Plum Sauce + Roasted Radish + Turned Baby Potatoes
-Chesapeake Bay Black Sea Bass + Butternut Squash Puree + Carrot & Zucchini Pappardelle
-Roast Free Range Chicken with a White Rascal Beer Mustard Sauce + Grilled Eggplant

Dessert:
-Raspberry Soufflé

This menu was created by our chef and culinary team supporting our local farmers. The menu will have suggested pairings of beer and wine. This dinner will be open to all guests of The V on Friday, October 4.
