Field to Plate Dinner at East Lynn Farm Features Celebrity Chef Pati Jinich

Pastoral East Lynn Farm Field-to-Plate Dinners occur under towering, breezy pine trees with beautiful views of our abundant fields of flowers and vegetables, the Blue Ridge Mountains and animals grazing. Join us for an intimate, al fresco dinner made from ingredients grown only on our Farm. 

Feast! Featuring Television Chef Pati Jinich

The Piedmont Environmental Council and East Lynn Farm invite you to a Field to Plate Dinner featuring recipes from Chef Pati’s critically acclaimed new cookbook, Pati’s Mexican Table: The Secrets of Real Mexican Home Cooking. Chef Pati will provide commentary about the meal, the importance of local foods and her culinary journey.

Proceeds will go to benefit PEC's continued efforts to promote local agriculture by connecting farmers and consumers.
