Become VERY proficient in Kettlebell instruction, while learning a complete system for developing sound programming for total fitness. In this 8-hour course, taught by one of the first Master RKC instructors, Andrea DuCane, you will:
- Learn to proper instruction for the Kettlebell swing, squat, and the get-up. More importantly, learn to recognize and coach the common pitfalls students will make.
- Learn drills that use lat activation in Deadlift movements. Learn why lat activation is so important for engaging the glutes properly.
- Understand more about the Kettlebell swing and the potential risks the angles of force have on deconditioned core musculature.
- Combine swing and squat sets, getups, push-up progressions, and a few Primal Move exercises to build a VERY effective program.
