Moncure Conway,Stafford County Abolitionist

The Rev. Scott Sammler-Michael will tell the story of Moncure Conway, born to a prosperous slave-owning family in 1832 in Stafford County, who grew up to be a Unitarian minister and risked everything by taking a stand as an abolitionist. The service is at 10:30 at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation in Sterling, 22135 Davis Dr. Sterling. Childcare is available.
