Willowsford Farm Stand: All About Chickens!

Studies have shown that free-range, or pastured, eggs have more Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Beta carotene and omega-3 fatty acids and less saturated fat than traditional, conventionally farmed eggs. At Willowsford Farm, our flock of 100 laying hens enjoy lush green meadows, an array of insects, fresh air, clean water and lay healthy eggs for our CSA members and shoppers.

This Saturday, during regular market hours, we'll be bringing a few of our hens down to the Farm Stand.
