Be An Extra In a Movie, Help Fight Cancer

Director and producer Mike Gillette seeks extras for a music video he's shooting at Brambleton Town Center in the plaza in front of Fox Cinemas. The video is intended to help raise awareness and funds for the Arms Wide Open Childhood Cancer Foundation, a nonprofit that raises funds for neuroblastoma.

Singer/guitarist Abby Miller, 13, of Sterling, Va., will star in the video along with national, indie-folk, artist Fast Heart Mart, a northern Virgini a native. Miller also has been raising money to help pay the medical expenses for Taylor Love, an Ashburn resident who suffers from neuroblastoma.

Gillette plans to shoot the video rain or shine. He said it will take about 45 minutes to finish filming.
