What To Do with Those Thanksgiving Leftovers

Have way too much food left over from Thanksgiving? While eating plain leftovers is always yummy, here are a few recipes to help you spice 'em up.

By Jennifer van der Kleut

As much as I love Thanksgiving dishes, if you're like me, there's only so many days in a row you can eat turkey, mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce.

However, with these favorite leftovers recipes, I look forward to eating it every day, in a different way, until those leftovers are long gone.

I hope you like these recipes as much as I do.

Happy Thanksgiving! And thanks so much for being a Patch reader. We appreciate you!
