Ashburn on "Best Places for Homeownership" List

NerdWallet.com, a website that provides information to help consumers better manage their money, recently published an article outlining the absolute best places for homeownership in Virginia.  Using existing data and reports, NerdWallet.com answered three main questions about each major location: Are homes available? Can you afford to live there? And, is the area growing? 

Ashburn, home to One Loudoun, ranked on the top 20 list, posting impressive numbers across the board.  The homeownership rate in Ashburn was an incredible 75%, with the median monthly household income among the highest.  Maybe most encouraging was the amount of population growth, nearly 6% from 2010-2012.
