Pulte Homes has submitted an application to rezone a portion (35.09 acres) of the Lexing­ton 7 property from Planned Development-Office Park zoning to R-8 zoning: Single Fami­ly Residential. This application is requesting 240 single-family attached dwelling units or townhomes, at a density of approximately 6.9 dwelling units per acre.  The Planning Com­mission will be holding a public hearing on November 19th at 6:00pm with the project on the agenda. This hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisor's meeting room in the County Government Center located at 1 Harrison Street, S.E. in Leesburg
