Ashburn Crime Report: Nov. 1-13

The following incidents were reported to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

Possession, Unlawful Entry

Denis Ochan, 21, of Sterling, was charged with unlawful entry, public intoxication and misdemeanor possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute after a resident reported seeing the man enter the crawl space of a home in Ashburn shortly after 12:30 a.m. Nov. 2. Deputies reported to the scene and issued the charges.

DUI, Eluding

Terrence G. Bowser, 40, of Ashburn, was charged with a DUI, felony eluding and driving on a revoked license after passing through Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office “checking detail” at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 1. When asked for his license, Bowser reportedly fled in his car. Bowser exited his vehicle near Duck Creek Square and fled on foot. Deputies apprehended him after a chase.

Larceny/ Destruction of Property

  • An air conditioning unit was reported taken from a home under construction on the 20700 block of Erskine Terrace between 5 p.m. Nov. 7 and 1 p.m. Nov. 8.
  • Construction materials were reported taken from a site on the 22400 block of Conservancy Drive in Brambleton between 4 p.m. Nov. 8 and 7 a.m. Nov. 9.
  • A mailbox was reported damaged on the 20700 block of Globe Mills Court between 9 p.m. and 9:15 p.m. Nov. 13.
